  • These agreements are used when two or more parties buy a property together - such as friends, business partners or family members - to help ensure all the rights and obligations of each party are legally recorded.

  • Trusts can have benefits for asset protection, but need to be administered correctly. We can help you establish yours and ensure existing Trusts are up to date with legislation.
