Trusts, Wills & Estates

Personalised advice for the things that really matter.

We know making decisions about your family’s future isn’t easy. Our aim is to make sure the legal side as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

At Apogee Legal we begin by truly listening and getting a clear picture of your unique situation. We stay focused on your goals and creating the outcomes you want, with clear and practical advice.

We know that sometimes these can be sensitive matters, and we’ll never rush you into a decision. It’s important to us you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Every adult should have a Will. We’ll talk you through the different aspects you need to consider, what to include, and help you update your Will if your circumstances have changed.

  • A document where you name a trusted person (called an attorney) who will act on your behalf in the event you are no longer able to make decisions for yourself.

  • The process of carrying out a person's wishes, as set out in their Will. We’ll help you understand this process and provide support through each step.

  • If you are in a marriage/civil union, or in a de facto relationship you will be affected by the Property Relationships Act. We can help you navigate your entitlements and provide advice around existing property.

  • These agreements are used when two or more parties buy a property together - such as friends, business partners or family members - to help ensure all the rights and obligations of each party are legally recorded.

  • Trusts can have benefits for asset protection, but need to be administered correctly. We can help you establish yours and ensure existing Trusts are up to date with legislation.

Down to earth legal advice, for every life stage.
